Do these trucks have a tendency to develop exhaust leaks as they age or the mileage goes up?

It`s not uncommon for the exhaust manifold bolts to break and leak.

yes very common. had that issue 2 days after i purchased my old 00 yukon. its usually the last bolt on the manifold, the one thats a pain in the ass to get to. i simply threw a simple exhaust on and couldnt really tell after that. waiting for the day for it to happen to my 01 hoe now lol.
