I had to replace the key cylinder in my 2002 Tahoe over the weekend. Now I have 2 separate keys for the vehicle. One for the door locks, and one for the ignition. Now, when I unlock my door with the old key, the security alarm goes off until I start the vehicle with the new key. Anyway I can prevent this?
