I am having a issue on my 2002 Suburban Z71. When I back out of my driveway I come to a stop and it feels like it’s stuck like the brakes are holding. I have already changed the front pads and rotors and it didn’t correct the problem. Hate throwing money at it so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Have you checked the rear brakes, including the emergency brake operation?

Welcome to the forum from Oregon.

Like has already been said, need to inspect the rear brakes as described and open them up and look at them and make sure the calipers slide freely and look inside the parking brake drum in the hat of the rear rotors.

A bad master cylinder can also do this but I would check the rear brakes first. You might want to crack open the bleeder and see it that releases it. The only time I've had a stuck E Brake is in freezing weather and water had gotten into the cable.
