I changed the oil pressure sender due to pegged gauge....fixed it but ran in to 2 new issues:
1. Cracked/broke the EVAP purge valve solenoid emission line running from the manifold back to assuming fuel tank. Can I "patch" it with hose or do I need to buy a new line? I can't find the line online.
2. As stated, replaced oil pressure sender but noticed oil or fluid on side of engine and a drip or two off the bottom after replacement and short drive. I believe I tightened the sender correctly but wonder if the fluid is oil or from the broken purge tubing? Also wonder if it could just be residual from the old sender.
Thanks
Rick
