I have 2003 Tahoe 4WD with a leveling kit. I am getting ready to swao out the shocks and have a few questions.

It currently has the self leveling shocks (ZW7) in the rear and it sits spot on level right now. I am swaping in Bilstein 5100 all around and new springs in the rear. I was hoping someone here could tell me if I swap out the springs with either Moog 81071 or Bilstein 199021, will the rear height sag or will it still sit level. Also, if I use Moog 81069 or Bilstien 199020, will the rear height stay level or will lift 1.5" - 2" that I've been reading about?

Any help would be grealy appreciated!

I didn't take before and after measurements, but my eyes tell me that my rear sits higher after recently replacing the factory original rear springs with the MOOG 81069 springs. I have a 2002 Z71 with 170K miles. I'm guessing I got at least an inch of lift in the rear. I also installed 5100's all around.

Thanks for your response. I'm going with the 199021. From everything I've read, I should maintain the height. It looks like the 199020/81069 are for suberbans and Z71s.

I know this is a old thread but how did this end up working out? I have been running the rough country leveling kit and those spacers in the back are noisy and I’d like to switch to a bigger coil spring and still stay level. Also add 5100s
