2003 z71 w/6disc. Can I run a line out for my phone/mp3?

I'd like to keep the Tahoe all stock but wondering if that radio accepts a line out so I can hook it into my phone/ipod/mp3 player?

There is a standard 3.5mm aux input jack in the back of the stereo. You have to pull out the dash and remove the head unit to access it as it is nothing but a short pigtail hanging off. Kind of dumb why they made it that way, but it's not too difficult to do. There's youtube vids on how to remove it safely.

I did this in my 2004 and absolutely loved it. probably in my top 5 favorite mods for the nbs

Got it finished. Took about an hour. Hardest part was getting it soldered. I used the 2 pack of connectors from radio shack. One couldn't stand the heat and a pin broke off. Got the second one on but it's not easy holding the wire, pin, soldering iron and solder at once... I didn't have to remove the radio, just went behind the glove box to get to the Sirius box and popped out the little cubbie that houses the 12v outlets. It pulls right out.

I t-clipped into the black and white wire in the bottom right corner (ground), the green and white and the brown and white. This works on either channel 1 or 0 on Sirius. 0 has no background noise.
