The dealer close to me hooked the Denali to to the deep scan computer program to tell me the code showing for the service ride control.

Said the compressor was shot, or the exhaust valve was bad. Problem is when I jump the compressor off the Relay under the hood, the compressor kicks in just fine.

It looks as new, but will I need to replace it if it's still able to run?

Just had the same issue not too long ago. Replaced my shocks/compressor awhile back. A year later had that message pop up. Also had a faulty exhaust valve solenoid on the new compressor. Bought stuff from Arnott originally so they sent me another one at a discount. Re-installed and no more message.

Mine also looked fine from the outside. Jumped mine as well-problem is compressor will just keep inflating rear shocks til they blow. I'd just replace it.

Ok, thank you for the insight, I am going to order a new compressor off Amazon right now.

Good article here relating to these air ride components, as I just replaced both rear shocks prior to the new problem. Could
The Automatic Level Control (ALC) system need to be reset before the system runs normally again, could that be why the exhaust valve may not be working on the compressor ?

Anyone have experience with the ALC reset after replacing part of your ride control system ?
