I haven't seen this condition on here anywhere. About a month ago, my cruise would work sometimes, then my blinkers would work sometimes. Then the high beams would come on and stay on when I removed the key. Now the horn blows when I turn the truck off. Replaced the multiswitch on the column....w.same problems. Right now: when I turn the truck off, the high beams come on and the horn blows steady, no blinkers work, cruise is fine. I have tightened the bolted harness on the back of the inside fuse box and all relays and fuses are good. Any ideas???

Sounds like a one or more bad grounds somewhere or possible BCM going bad. When it comes to multiple issues such as you have, best bet is to let your local dealer try to daignose it. However, with electrical there's always a starting point and a point at which you hope they find the problem. Obviously there's going to be a 1 hr. diagnostic charge to start and if more time is needed to pin down the cause, then they'll need to authorize it from you beforehand. In a case like this, I wouldn't authorize more than 2 total hrs, 3 at the max. of diag time. If they can't find it in that alloted time, then take it somewhere else. Let us know what you find, but I'd be willing to bet you've a BCM issue.
