I've got a 2004 Yukon SLE 5.3 2wd. It has 103,000 miles on it. When it hit about 98,000, I noticed that it was idling slightly rougher than before. There is nothing on the dash cluster that is out of the ordinary, no lights are dimming, just noticing a rougher idle. I had the 100k tune up done (plugs, wires, fluid flushes) but the rough idle continues.

Any ideas out there?

Throttle body was cleaned out at 100k...

By whom....I would do it again, it's very simple, just make sure you open the butterfly and clean around the inside as best you can with TB Cleaner

How's the air filter?

Cleaned the MAF sensor lately? They make a specific spray to clean that MAF sensor, I suggest taking it off the truck and spraying it down. Basically it can get junk baked on it that doesn't allow proper air flow measurements, thus affecting air/fuel mixture.
