2005 yukon a/c fan issues

So my 05 Yukon a/c fan will blow hard then barely, then hard, and back and forth. Doesn't go completely out, just like 10% of high. The rears work perfect. Am I looking at a control issue? a/c fan/blower? resistor?

Any advice would help. THX!!

Mine did that to me last summer. I know we had to replace the whole fan motor, but I think either the relay or the control board went out too. It could be a combination of these issues. I think mine cost me $600-700 to repair at the dealership.
