2005 Yukon to Denali Front End Conversion

I am converting the front end of my 2005 Yukon to a Denali. I have all of the parts except the adaptors that are needed that go from the Yukon lighting harness to the Denali headlights. Does anyone have a part number for the correct adaptor? Is the correct description of the adaptor: 9006 HB4 to 9005 HB3?
