just like the title says, im wondering if my tahoe will charge my trailer while im plugged into my travel trailer. I know i could check with a volt meter , but that isnt an option at this moment. I know they started requiring the owner to install the fuse in the fuse panel themselves if interested in towing and charging. any ino would be appreciated!!

Yes, need to me sure you have the fuse installed.
