2006 Tahoe Z71 check engine light

Recently purchased a 06 Z71 Tahoe. Beautiful truck as I lost my 04 z71 due a wreck. The 06 is throwing the following codes. po332 (2) po420(2) po430(2). Throws each code twice. UGH!! Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. She has 112000 miles on her by the way.

Also the tire pressure monitor is lit up, but my tires are fully inflated!!!

You can Google the codes and it'll tell you what they are. Have you checked the spare tire ?I've heard if they're low that could affect the tire pressure monitors .

Would have never thought to check the spare. Didn't even know it have a sensor in it.

Po332 the internet is telling its my knoc sensor 2 circuit low bank 2

Po420 is aaying cat system is below threshold bank 1

Po430 is syaing oxygen sensors

Now I need to know what exactly to do from here. Thanks guys

2006 - the battery in the sensors could be going bad - throwing the light. A tire shop should be able to scan and try to learn them to see if its bad.

These trucks are known for knock sensors. From what I remember antifreeze gets into or on to the knock sensors and eventually kills them, thus your code. There's a fix involving rtv. If you search on here you'll def find the fix .Good luck.

Cat sensors and the oxygen sensors going bad are probably related.

Probably needs the knock sensors replaced due to corrosion. At that low of miles, i doubt it needs cats unless it burns oil and probably just needs a o2 sensor on both sides. A competent mechanic can diagnose with a scan tool.

Thank you. Now to replace the knock sensor I to........ please tell me its a easy fix

The intake manifold needs to come off, some people take everything above it off, some people find a way to get it out without stripping the top of the motor. The two sensors are underneath the intake screwed into the block. I replaced both and the wires that connect to them. The front sensor was still good, but I figured why not do both. Replace the wire and I did new intake gaskets. I didn't wanna go through the hassle of doing it myself because my truck is lifted and I hate having to sit on my engine to work on it for that long, I had a good mechanic do it for $300.00 (3 hrs labor). Gave me about 1mpg increase.
