ive got 142k on mine...

at 135 i had to do :
oil pan gasket
rear main (didnt need it, but oil pan was already off)
motor mounts
ball joints
sway bar links
ECU (went out a couple thousand miles later)

now it has an exhaust leak on the manifold..this is common issue

as for value we will need some more info...what are they asking?

Appreciate the input. He is asking 7200 "firm". Has new tires, pads, rotors, and throttle body. Black leather, no cracks or heavy wear, bucket seats in the back..typical crack in the dashboard....I offered 6500, he is sleeping on it. Is that to much for that many miles? Know these trucks are around 50k+ new so 6500 sounds good in theory. Thanks in advance

AFM fix is quite expensive, considering its on the tail end of its service life thats something to keep in mind

I think $6500 is a reasonable offer.
That's a bad ass drivetrain, 6.2 with the 6l80 trans. The only thing I'm not fond of is the AWD. I wish 2wd was an option.
The 6.2 doesn't have AFM/DOD.

Where you able to test drive it and thoroughly look it over? Are you mechanically inclined?

Thanks for the info. I haven't had time to test drive yet but will try tomorrow . Here are a few pics of the truck

Looks good from here haha.
Be as thorough as possible, to the point where he'd think you're weird or crazy. I've climbed clear under vehicles in the past and would do the same today. I usually bring a jack and stands if there's no lift available and act like it was my own vehicle.

10-4 wish I was more of a grease monkey but just not in my jeans...just don't know if I wanna take the risk buying something with that many miles knowing I might have to spend more than I'm willing to in the near future...we'll see I guess

I completely understand. It's really a crap shoot buying any higher mileage vehicle. LS based though, I wouldn't worry about, unless it was leaking like a civ of course haha. They're so easy to work on and parts are plentiful.
When are you going to see it?

That’s definitely a decent price but from looking at the pictures it doesn’t look very well taken care of. Wheels have heavy brake dust. Makes me think the chrome will be peeling which is pretty common if not taken care of. I might consider spending a little more and looking for a little clearer truck if you plan on keeping it.
