2007 Tahoe/camper backup camera

Hi all, My 2007 Tahoe has a backup camera. my travel trailer has a back up camera which is wired to the front next to my seven pin. can that be wired to the existing camera monitor? I’m hoping my existing equipment can be wired to switch between the two cameras without putting in a whole new set up. Thanks
