There's a TSB for a new slip yoke. https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2013/MC-10130627-9999.pdf

On my RWD NBS, i greased the splines of the yoke and it went away. Wish I tried that before firing the parts cannon on rear end rebuild thinking it was the pinion bearing.
