I have a 2008 Tahoe that the wipers are not working. We have power and ground to the plug that plugs into the motor, the fuse has power to it as well. We have tried a new motor and bench tested the old motor and it moves when given power and ground. We have also tried a new switch as well.

How many volts do you get at the end of the wires? These trucks can have grounding issues.

When you test that power at the connector try using an auto light bulb (as a test light) that has about the same amperage draw as the motor. Loading it with a bulb may show that circuit can handle the current, or not.

Got it figured out, it was one of the relays in the pcb board in the fuse box. Replaced the fuse box and the wipers work now.
