I purchased this 2008 Yukon SLT from a dealer. As part of the deal, I had them install heaters in the two front seat--wife request, and it's her truck. I paid extra for this option.
The heaters worked when we got the truck in June. There are two Hi/Off/Low switches mounted on the side of the seat facing the door.
Now in November, when she wants to use them, neither seat heater is working. Seems odd they would both fail at the same time. I looked for a suspect fuse, but did not find anything resembling Heated Seats--presuming they were connected to that harness.
I don't have the name of the shop that did the install--I will call the dealer tomorrow and find out. However, the dealer is 3 hours away.
Added fact, the front door speakers seemed to stop working at about the same time.
