2009 Tahoe exhaust question

Ok so I know you have exhaust manifolds, down pipe with cats on both sides, than it goes into this cat/resonator looking thing than muffler than resonator and tip. my question is after the cats on each side and before the muffler is that another cat or another resonator?

so than basically its a non monitored by the computer cat, that can be removed?

I dont think it has any O2 sensors.
