2010 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ seat schematic heated seats

Hello,

I have a 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ, leather seats, sunroof, ect that the heated and cooled seats aren't working. The fuses are good but they still don't work. Does anyone know what to do?

none of them? driver/passenger? does it have rear heated seats? if so do those work
do the lights come on?
