2010 Denali Bose keeps rebooting

Anybody else had this. Keeps flashing warnings about the disk, reboots, restarts. On occasion it completely loses it and the screen starts sliding sideways, backup camera quits working until I turn it completely off then on.

Have cleaned the disk - no improvement.

Anybody tried using a dvd cleaner disk?

Have just moved from Southern California to Oregon and it is a lot colder and wetter. Didn't really become an issue until I moved up here.

Yes, but was hoping to avoid taking it into the dealer again....

Tried to take it in a couple of weeks ago and of course: (a) it was working perfectly, and (b) the radio guy wasn't in that day anyway.
