not sure I would think it would just go away if the problem was resolved, sounds like you need to have it scanned with a tech2 or a high scanner like a snap-on, etc to see what the specific code is, this will point you to a more precise issue to address, for instance it could be a broken wire in the harness or maybe the relay module you replaced needs to be learned to the vin.
