2011 Denali Bluetooth A2DP?

I have a 2011 Denali with Bluetooth for voice calls, but it doesn't support A2DP for stereo. I have a USB connection, which works, but is annoying. I would prefer to plug a Bluetooth dongle into the USB port and turn it into an A2DP receiver. Is there such a dongle?

What about using the aux input? Are you just trying to avoid a cable? I think a Bluetooth a2dp dongle is going to be hard to come by. Most are designed for use in computers and require drivers be installed.

I found Bluetooth to iPod dock adapters for like $15 on buy.com. They are made to turn iPod centric docks into Bluetooth docks. I'm going to try one with an iPod cable. Seems like it should work.

I'm interested to hear if this works for you AmazinglySmooth. I have the standard stereo. The aux connection is crap. I like the USB interface but at times I like being able to search songs and navigate my iPod via the screen.

Just FYI, I put in a BlueStar2010 into my Wifes Denali (07) and they released an update that supports this.

I know this doesn't help your situation, but i figured that it might help those who were looking for a bluetooth and a A2DP ability.

Very happy with the BlueStar2010 mod, very happy.
