2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali AWD not as fast as I expected

I really like my new Denali AWD, but I am surprised that the 6.2L engine isn't as fast as my Sequoia which only has a 5.7L engine. Both have AWD, though the Sequoia is all manual. I think the Sequioa is rated at 380HP whereas the Denali is 403HP.

After driving the GMC for two weeks on vacation, my Sequioa feels jumpy.

Any suggestions? Is it normal?

Probably different gear ratios. I certainly don't have a power issue with the 6.2 in my denali.

My non-xl denali feels much faster than my step moms xl denali... The steering also feels much lighter in the XL denali. I think both are directly related to the longer wheel base. Just does not FEEL like you have as much power because the back end does not sag as much on acceleration...

I was never in the toyota, but I have driven the envoy denali, and jumpy is the only word I could think of... not powerful, or lots of torque...but it felt like a go cart kind of jumpy...
