Rover owners are obsessive. The negotiations will depend on the transaction, not the quality of the buy. In other words, cash talks the price down, anything else will insult that level of care to the truck.
That owner already has upgrades planned with the money from the Esky sale.
Added this info to the post ... I drove to TX from CA to pick up our 09 Platinum for $14k @ 130k mi. Jason @ Northside Lexus in Spring, TX. He actually referred the inspector below to check out the car before I got on the plane. That inspection got another $1k off the price.

Keep in mind it’s Covid month end of another month for dealers. They will deal. The 2nd 100k service is coming up on the truck. If the dealer will do the 200k service as part of the deal... buy it!
