Mine is not wood grain... It is black textured plastic like the back of the center console controls, so I left it alone for now. That area gets a lot of wear as your arm is always resting on it and the tray part would be tricky. I may try it though as it would be a nice contrast off the cashmere leather

I agree. It would look really nice and tie into what you have already done. It would also look nice to wrap the back door window switch panels......I'm thinking I might have to try this mod.

Yes, it really does! I couldn't be happier with the end result. With that said it is a tricky process and if you are not fairly experienced with vinyl wrapping it may be very frustrating and costly. If any of you are going to try this and have not wrapped anything before I would recommend buying some cheaper plain vinyl and trying it first. You can peel it back off once you get the hang of it. Reason being is that the 3M Di-NOC stuff is pretty pricey.

Also plan to spend 4-6 hrs. at least doing the install

Man, that looks absolutely fantastic. Far better than the stock look IMO. If I had wood instead of aluminum, I'd do this in a heartbeat. Job well done.
