2012 Yukon Denali Aliuminum wheel "covers" all coming apart

I'm looking at a used 2012 Yukon Denali, and noticed that the wheel cover face seems to be a piece of aluminum covering the spokes. But it was all coming loose and apart on all 4 wheels, with pieces missing.

Is this normal for these kind of wheels? I think they are original OEM. I didnlt see any discussion but there must be some coments about this. My 2003 Yukon OEM wheels with 325,000 miles on them looks better than these!
