2013 NAV Disc read error (on DVD try)

Just bought a 2013 Suburban with NAV. Put a DVD in and it tries to read it. 1 in 10 DVDs will work. The others throw a cannot read disc error and eject it. Any thoughts? I am going to try a lens cleaner as a first step.

Hello, just wondering if you ever found a resolution to this issue. We just bought a 1 owner used 2013 yukon and having same problem with the DVD player. Ours plays audio but with 2 brand new dvds unopened and 2 more always watched, it could not read it and ejected them. Any help would be great!
