I just purchased a 2013 Yukon XL and the radio is just a blank white screen the radio does work but cannot see anything other than a white screen. Can anyone help?

Likely a failed unit. You have three options:

1/ Have it repaired by a service like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/172823136701
2/ Replace it with a drop-in Android unit like this: https://a.co/d/5kChZi7
3/ Replace it with a Pioneer or other name brand unit from Crutchfield because they have the complete kits and harnesses you need.

I chose option #2 for my 2007 back in 2019. It's still working great today, but it did take a little work to get it all dialed in. There are good support groups for these on Facebook also.
