2013 Yukon XL Steering Wheel Audio/Phone Controls Not Working

I have a 2013 Yukon XL and the audio/phone controls stopped working. The last one to drive the truck was my sister and she says she did not do anything. The controls do light up, so they do appear to still be connected and the cruise control on the other side works fine. Just the audio and phone ones dont do nothing when pressed. I am guessing they got disabled somehow.

Has anyone encountered this before and if so can I get some guidance on how to fix it?

I checked your owner’s manual and wasn’t able to find any troubleshooting tips to help, but if you send me a private message with your VIN, mileage, contact information, and dealer of choice, I would be happy to look into this matter further.
