2015 hd tow mirrors fitted for 07-13 chevy and gmcs

ok so I custom fitted 2015 hd tow mirrors onto my 2008 avalanche I posted in the duramax fourms first because that where I got a lot of my info from the link below will show you how I did it for anyone whos interested happy modding!

Thank you I've been wanting these since the release VERY badly but I certainly wasn't about to buy a new truck just to have the new mirrors haha

I thought about it but the motors for the powerfold mirrors are rather larger and they are connected into the base if you could cut the base plate down a good bit and rethread 3 new holes spaced perfectly and trimmed the black plastics on the outside of the base it would work but it just seemed like to much work for me so I just went ahead and ordered the manual fold I got mine for $755 with chrome caps shipped to my door

That's the one thing holding me back from putting tow mirrors on my 2010 - no power fold option. Damn things are too new and too pricey to play with right now, until I come across some damaged ones that are salvageable.

Yea it was pretty hard dropping that much just on mirrors! best bet would just be to look for a good used pair on ebay
