Hello-

Did quite a bit of forum searching and really couldn't get an exact solution to my issue.

My 2015 Yukon XL is blowing cold on the driver's side and hot on the passenger. I've narrowed it down to the blend door actuator but need to confirm location and which one.

I'm not sure why info is so hard to find on this but I'm assuming if the passenger side is blowing hot than the passenger blend door actuator is the one that needs to be replaced? I also can't find its exact location. Found plenty of videos addressing the driver's side but not the passenger. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

passenger side is normally on top of the airbox, on the gmt900's it's rather easy to do, on yours I am guessing the glove box will need to be pulled and I am not sure sure how the airbag is configured but on the gmt900's the airbag has to come out.
I would pull the glove box and have a deeper look, when you are pulling the glove box beware there is a retention cable mounted to the back of the box, it has 2 screws that you will need to remove (i think) I was working on the wifes 16 not long ago and managed to break and then repair that retention device, it keeps the glove box door from just dropping full open when you open it.
