I took my Tahoe to the dealer to get the heated seats checked out. Buttons light up and stay on but it doesn't seem like the seats are heating up. The buttons have a pic of the seat back and bottom. Dealer said the heating element in the seat back on both fronts seats was burnt out, but the elements for my 2016 Tahoe are discontinued according to the dealer. So any help on how to verify I have power to the seat for the heater would help. It just seems a little odd that both seats don't work. I have a buddy who owns a salvage yard and he was able to order me two complete seats according to the vin. After putting the passenger side in, I turned the seat heater on and nothing. Just hard for me to believe 3 seats are bad. Thanks for the help.
