2016 Tahoe - Power Seat - up down function not working

The motor can be heard when the lever is power lever is moved, but the up/down movement of the seat is not happening. All other functions work on the seat. I've read a lot about the Gruven coper gear fix, but not sure it works on this model year. Also, no repair videos that I can find do not match my seat. Anyone have this failure? Also need help with the wireless center console charger, rear video screen. FML, POS!
