2016 Tahoe, tow hook bumper replacement

Hi. We have done some beach camping for the past 2 weekends, and realized we are in need of tow hooks. My LT does not currently have them. I have found that I will news to replace part of the bumper with 22936496. I'm seeing 2 different tow hook part numbers, not sure which is correct. 23244141 or 22903513. Also, where do you find is the most economical place to purchase?

I used the 141#, but 513 may work as well. The accurate # is 23245141; you may have typo'd the 5 for a 4.
