2017 Chevrolet Suburban LT Aux Input Not Working

Hi everyone my aux input inside center console is not working, i replace the GM OEM part but still is not working. Just the Aux input, the two usb port work perfectly.
If i replace the radio module do yo guys think fix the problems?
If yes, need to be programming with the car?
Or the Aux input work with the Bluetooth and wi-Fi module?
i know this need to be programming.
