We just swapped out and added the factory Blu-ray w/ nav. & video unlock to our '19 Tahoe yesterday. It was a very simple process.
My wife was a little intimidated because we just pull the entire dash of her brand new Tahoe apart. I made her do almost all of the work...after all, it is her truck.
We now have the full GM factory Blu-ray, in dash, and its all fully unlocked. We didn't bother to do the drop down screen because my son typically watches the front screen when he is in the back anyways.
If you are interested, talk to Anthony at MVI Inc. They are great and he'll send you videos that will walk you through the process.
