2021 Yukon Second row captain chair stuck all the way forward

My second row driver side captain chair is stuck all the way forward. When I pull the latch to try and slide the seat back nothing. Seems like the latch is broken already. Just purchased last Tuesday so I’m a tad annoyed lol.
