******.. Is 23 the 1st year they went to Global B ( I think thats what its called) Just know they are having trouble deleting the diesel also. Im not up to speed on the gas stuff. So do you sell anything thing or recommend anything for the 23s? I know they have compliant tuning on the diesel side, again not sure on gas side. Thanks

We stopped being able to access the ECMs on most of the 2019 models. For the 2020+ models and beyond, we cannot gain access to the ECM or TCM. HPTuners has been able to gain access to the ECM on the 2019 and 2020 models I believe, but not sure if they can do anything for the 2023 models. It's unfortunate that GM started doing this.

So, would the thing to do be sending you a new ECM with my VIN?

Unfortunately, that won't work either. Even if the ECMs are unlocked by other software, the EFILive software we use cannot access them.
