The dealership says no lemon law until they try to repair it three times.

I'm on the same boat 20,000 miles and engine is gone. they said it need a complete new engine, the problem I'm having is that they don't have a eta on a new engine, apparently none of them are available. any suggestion on what can I do? the gave me a loaner but is a 5 seaters and I bought a Yukon XL because a need the spacE.
