We purchased a 2022 Z71 Suburban last May in preparation for the arrival of our fourth child (yeah I know I wonder what's wrong with me a well). Unfortunately at the time Suburbans and their cousins were few and far between on dealership lots around here and we didn't have the ten months that the dealer said it would take to build and spec our own so we hunted around and put inquiries in with all of the Chevy dealers within fifty or so miles and one came back with this truck. Being as it was bought on site obviously there wasn't anything we could do in terms of additional options and we needed something quickly so picked it up the night they called us.
Backstory out of the way it's a Z71 without the Z71 off-road package and thus lacks two of the three things that I personally wanted on the truck, 4wd obviously that box was checked. The limited slip diff and the 360 cameras on the other hand were not. I've been searching and there's not really much in the way of a decent 360 camera setup and definitely nothing that interacts with the OEM tech package, but I grew up running trails and rocks without cameras so I'll live, but that open diff is going to pose a problem in some of the more challenging stuff and I can't find an aftermarket option period. Has anybody found a solution for the diff problem?
