265-50 or 285 50 on 20's

(2001 tahoe)gonna lower the tahoe (3-5.5)n thinking of putting 265-50-20 or 285-50-20 inch tires on?? anybody have any pics of these tire sizes on their tahoe?? or should i just go with 22s??
