285/65R18 on Tahoe?

Does anyone know if 285/65R18 tires on wheels with +20 mm offset will fit a Tahoe with stock (non-Autoride) suspension without rubbing?

I have those tires, but with +12 offset.
They do rub a little up front when turning the left wheel left, and the right wheel right.
Did some trimming, and it helped some.
