Quick question. I want to put 285s on my hoe. Will they fit if i just crank the factory keys up all the way or do i need bigger keys?

I just put 285's on my Escalade without touching the keys. I just barely touch on the rear of the inner fender when the wheels are turned all the way. Cranking the stock keys would let them clear but I am doing a body lift instead.

nkosmo - you should be fine cranking the factory keys. don't over do it. if you need more clearance, just do a little fender trimming.

I had my keys cranked and had BGF 285 A/T's and they fit fine. They were 285/70/17 tires:

felixgun, i've never liked green on a vehicle, but that tahoe looks awesome with that color! especially with the painted flares.
