2nd Row captains chairs Trade?

Anyone in the CA or AZ area want to trade their black leather bench seat for my captains chairs? I have baby #3 on the way and need the bench. The captains are from a 2009 LTZ in mint condition with seat heaters, auto folding, etc.

I know I should prob be posting this in the for sale thread but I wanted to see if anyone could chime in on the difficulty, tips, etc of switching from one to the other.

This is a deal I would love to do. I have the ebony bench with heated as well in my Esky.

Just isn't economical getting the swap done as I'm in illinois.
