2nd Row, No Reclining?

Hello all, I tried doing a search but cannot find anyone posting this yet. We have a 2008 GCM Yukon XL and noticed that the second row does not recline. I did a search and found out that this might possibly be something that can be changed with a recline kit? Has anyone heard of this or am I just an idiot and do not know how to recline them?

On my 07 and our 12...just lift the seat flip lever, but push back hard.
You are overcoming the seat going forward and trying to recline...much easier if sitting in the seat.
