Ok guys, I have been searching the forum and Google for a while now and can't seem to find what I am looking for.

My wife and her super strong arms broke the lever that makes the seat come forward to give access to the third row. I used a pair of vice grips for a couple of days....until the plastic broke again.:rage:

My question to those who may actually know what it is called other than "lever thingy" or "chingadera".....guess its not descriptive enough for google.
Most of what I can find is threads on trading out captains chairs for bench seats.

This is what I have
2007 Yukon XL

This is what I need
Part # for the lever that makes the seat fold forward on the passenger side for 3rd row access.

Any help would be great.
BTW....almost all of my google searches ended up at TYF!!! Proud to be a part of this awesome forum.

For those of you who may be wondering.....i found that part.

GM part # 15279429

Watch your wallets folks! It will set you back $130....wait of forgot the decimal. its $1.30 from the dealer parts supply store locally. Probably the cheapest part on the entire vehicle.

Ha! Same thing just happened to me, on my 2009 XL.

Since I bought it two months ago, the "fold" of the 40% second row seat has always been smooth but the "tumble" has been stiffer. Any ideas why?
