2nd Row Seat Rattle

I have a 2013 Tahoe with the second row bench seat. I had the Katzkin leather put on right after I purchased it new. When I drive there is a metal rattle sound that is coming from the second row seats. It sounds like it is coming from around the area where the large bench behind the driver meets the small section passenger side. After driving around for a couple days the large seat will come unlatched by itself and just fall down. I took it to the dealership and they wouldn't touch it because they said the Katzkin voided the warranty. I took it back to the upholstery shop that did the Katzkin install and spent about 2 hours doing 5 test rides showing them the rattle. They removed the leather on the drivers side back rest section and we drove it around with no rattle. They put new leather on and it started to rattle and fall down again within a couple days. I really don't think the problem is with the leather. Any ideas what the problem might be or where I could take it to get fixed? It is driving me nuts hearing the rattle every where I go. I live in Fort Worth, TX.
