the muffler is 140 shipped on ebay i sell them for 135 shipped. As always see it for less ill beat it. I also can get all other magnaflow parts/exhausts/mufflers


btw here is same muffler with 3rd cat removed and muffler broken in after few months

I have that same muffler on my 5.3, with resonator removed - nice mild growl now.
(Edit, mine is the Magnaflow 12289)

Sounds good on your Esky.
I use to have the same polished muffler with 3" piping and no resonator and it was too quiet for me. Replaced it with a 15" Magnaflow non-polished muffler, hit it with high temp VHT flat black paint and installed it. Got the perfect tone for the 5.3L engine.

the 3 inch piping to 3.5 makes a difference on the sound on these. All i know stock exhaust is 3.5 inches its a waste to spend 700 bucks on a smaller 3 inch cat back

Sorry for the late reply, I didnt notice you had responded till last night. Videos is not my area of expertise, but I did manage to throw a cold start together via youtube I was by myself so no revving, accelerating, or even a drive by, but I still think you'll get a good idea of the sound from just this start - let me know what you think. Also, along with the magnaflow, I also removed the resonator and replaced it with a 3" pipe with a flanged turndown.
