33x12 spare?

Has anyone had experience fitting a 33x12 tire where the spare goes? Upgrading my shoes soon here and need to figure out what to do with the spare.

no idea on if the spare will fit but I am curious what suspension mods you have made to fit 33x12 tires on your rig. I want to step up from 265/65/18 to 275/70/18 with is basically 1.5" taller and .25" wider and no one here seems to be able to tell me if they rub anywhere. I have added a 2" leveling kit to front of mine.
